The Delhi Police MTS Jobs 2018-19 Online registration open from 17th December 2017 and close on 16th January 2018.
MULTI TASKING STAFF (CIVILIAN) IN DELHI POLICE EXAMINATION, 2017
Age Limit: 18 to 27 Years as on 16th January 2018. Relaxable (i) upto the age of 30 years for OBC and 32 years for SC/ST, (ii) upto 35 years (UR), 38 years (OBC) & 40 years (SC/ST) for Persons with Disabilities(PwD)(40% and above) and widow/divorced women/ judicially separated women who are not re-married, (iii) Ex-Serviceman as per rules.
Pay Scale: Pay Matrix Level 1 ₹ 18000 - 56900/- for all above trades.
Educational Qualification: Matriculation (10th Class) Pass or equivalent qualification (OR) ITI in relevant trade from any government Qualification recognized Institution / Board.Selection Process: Written Test (100 Marks) and Trade Test (Qualifying Nature). the final merit list for selection will be drawn for each category of posts on the basis of marks obtained in Written Test by candidates and who also qualify the trade test. The candidates upto the number of vacancies available shall be selected taking into consideration options/preference(s) exercised by the candidates while applying for the post. The order of options/ preference(s) exercised by the candidates at the time of applying for the posts will not be allowed to change at any stage.

The Delhi Police in collaboration with (i) Department of Social Worker, Delhi University (ii) Department of Social Work, Jamia Milia Islamia, and (iii) Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) invites applications from the eligible female candidates for engagement of Capacity Support Officer (CSO) and Social Worker on purely contractual basis for a period of two years. The Walk in Interview will be held on 28th and 29th July 2017 for CSO and 9th, 10th, 11th August 2017 for Social Worker posts.
Qualification and Experience:
Capacity Support Officer ->
(1) Postgraduate degree in Social Work/ Psychology/ Counselling with 04 years work experience in the area of crisis in tervention in the social development sector.
(2) Language - Verbal and written fluency in Hindi and English.
(3) Computer Skills - Proficiency in computer usage (MS- Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SPSS/ any other data analysis software).
Social Worker ->
(1) Postgraduate degree in Social Work/ Psychology/ Counselling and Two years work experience in the area of crisis intervention in the social-Development sector Or Bachelors in Social Work with four years of work experience in the area of crisis intervention in the social development sector.
(2) Language - Verbal and written fluency in Hindi and English.
Selection Process:
(1) For Capacity Support Officer -> Walk in interview will be conducted on 28/07/2017 & 29/07/2017 at office premises of Special Police Unit for Women & Children Headquarter (Delhi Police), Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017. Registrations will begin at 9.30 a.m. and go on till 1 pm, on both days.
(2) For Social Worker -> Walk in interview will be conducted on 09/08/2017 to 11/08/2017at office premises of Special Police Unit for Women & Children, Barrack No. 1, PTS Complex Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017. Registrations will begin at 9.30 a.m. and go on till 12:00 Noon, on both days. The Candidates carry a printed and filled copy of the annexed Personal history form and also original/ copy of your Masters/ MA/ MSW degree certificates, with you.
The National Commission for Women (Government of India) and Department of Police, Delhi issued advertisement for Walk in Interviews for 03 positions of Social Workers in the Crime Against Women Cells of Delhi Police Department. The Interviews scheduled to be held on 6th May 2016.
Educational Qualification and Experience:
(1) Candidate should have (a) knowledge of issues of gender & violence against women and interventions in the district and State, and (b) prior experience in direct casework and/or intervention work on women's issues at the grassroot level.
(2) The candidate must have a post-graduate qualification in social work (M.A. in Social Work/MSW) and 2 years' work experience in social-development sector, and demonstrate commitment to working on issues of violence against women vide direct work with both survivors and State systems, or a Bachelors Degree in Social Work/BSW along with at least 3 years' experience working with urban/rural women at the grassroots on empowerment & rights-based intervention on issues of violence.
(3) Candidate must demonstrate willingness to travel across the allotted district, and occasionally within Delhi and to other States as per programme requirements detailed in section on job description above.
(4) Verbal and written fluency in Hindi and local languages/dialects is essential, and working knowledge of English and comfort with the use of computers & Internet is also desirable.
