(4) For Radiographer (Hospital), Boxing Instructor, Bugler Instructor, Cinema Projectionist, Civilian Motor Driver, Despatch Rider Posts -> Between 18 - 25 Years

Pay Scales:
(a) For MTS (Non-Industrial) Posts -> Classified as per 7th CPC in Group ‘C’ (Non-Gazetted) Level in the Pay Matrix- Level 1 (₹ 18000 – 56900)
(b) Library & Information Assistant -> Classified as Group ‘B’ (NG) Level in the Pay Matrix- Level 6 (₹ 35400 – 112400)
(c) For Cameraman -> Classified as Group ‘C’ (NG) (NI) Level in the Pay Matrix- Level 5 (₹ 29200 – 92300)
(d) For Radiographer, Boxing Instructor posts -> Classified as Group ‘C’ (NG) (NI) Level in the Pay Matrix- Level 4 (₹ 25500 – 81100)
(e) For all other posts -> Classified as Group ‘C’ (NG) (NI) Level in the Pay Matrix- Level 2 (₹ 19900 - 63200)
Educational Qualifications:
All MTS posts -> Matriculation & Proficiency in relevant Trades.
Library and Information Assistant -> (1) Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science of a recognised University or Institute. (2) Two years’ professional experience in a Library under the Central or State Government or Autonomous or Statutory Organization or Public Sector Undertaking or University or Recognised Research or Educational Institution.Cameraman -> (1) Matriculation or equivalent. (2) Diploma or Certificate in Printing Technology awarded after at least two years course or training from a recognised Institute. (3) 5 years’ experience of operating process cameras. (OR) 10 years’ experience as a Cameraman or photographer in Military Survey, Survey of India or other photo-litho establishment of repute. (for Ex-Servicemen)
Radiographer (Hospital) -> (1) Intermediate or equivalent with Diploma in Radiography or with Physics as one of the subject from a recognized University or equivalent qualifications. (2) Two years’ experience in a metallurgical laboratory or experience in operation of Industrial radiographic equipment.
Boxing Instructor -> (1) Matriculation or equivalent from recognized Bard/ Institution. (2) Diploma in Coaching in Boxing Discipline from Sports Authority of India or National Institute of Sports or recognized University.
Bugler Instructor -> (1) Matriculation or equivalent from recognized Board/ Institution. (2) Knowledge of music from staff notation. (3) 04 years’ experience as a Bugler Cornet or Trumpet Player in the Army, Navy or Air Force.
Photo Printer -> (1) Matriculation or equivalent. (2) Two years experience of operating developing use of photo chemicals and plate making and allied duties.
Cinema Projectionist -> (1) Matriculation or equivalent from recognised Board/ Institution. (2) Must be in possession of licence prescribed by respective State Government/ Municipal Corporation etc. (3) Two year's experience in the appropriate field/ trade.
Civilian Motor Driver -> (1) Matriculation from recognized Board/ Institution and knowledge of first line maintenance. (2) Must possess a driving license for Heavy Motor Vehicles (HMVs) and Motor Cycles. (3) One year practical experience in Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMVs) driving.
Despatch Rider -> (1) Matriculation from a recognized Board or Institution and knowledge of first line maintenance. (2) Must possess driving license for Heavy Motor Vehicles (HMVs) & Motor Cycles. (3) Two years’ practical experience in Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMVs) driving.
Selection Method: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Written Examination, Skill / Practical Test and Document Verification.
