Metro Railway Kolkata Recruitment 2019 Sports Quota (06 Vacancies)
Metro Railway Kolkata invites applications from the outstanding sportspersons (Male and Female) having minimum sports norms and required qualification for recruitment against Sports Quota (Open Advertisement) 2018-19. The closing date for submission of applications is 15th January 2019.

Age Limit: 18 – 25 Years as on 1st January 2019.
Pay Scale: PB-1 ₹ 5,200 – 20,200/- + Grade Pay ₹ 1900/ 2000 (VIPC) [Corresponding to Level 2 or 3 of Pay Matrix of VIIPC]
Educational Qualification: Candidate should possess minimum 10th Class / ITI Pass or 12th Pass as required for the appropriate post.
Selection Process: Trial and Interview.
Examination Fee: Candidates should pay ₹ 500/- (₹ 250/- for SC/ST/Minorities and Economically Backward Classes) payable in Indian Postal Order at GPO/Kolkata, drawn in favour of FA&CAO, Metro Railway, Kolkata.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications along with copies of relevant certificates, two self addressed envelopes (size 11" * 5"), two recent passport size photographs, in an envelope super scribed "APPLICATION FOR SPORTS QUOTA RECRUITMENT-2018-19 IN THE_________ DISCIPLINE" by post, addressed to the Principal Chief Personnel Officer, Metro Railway/Kolkata, Metro Rail Bhavan (2nd Floor), 33/1, J.L.Nehru Road, Kolkata-700071 OR to be dropped in the box placed at the second floor (Personnel Department) at the said address during office hours except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. The last date for receipt of applications is 15/01/2019 up to 5:30 PM (For candidates residing abroad and Sikkim, seven North Eastern States, J&K, Andaman & Nicobar and Lakshadweep Islands Last date is 25/01/2019).
