Educational Qualifications:

Research Officer (Botany)	Post-graduate degree in Botany with 05 years experience.
Research Assistant (Pharmacology)	Degree (10+2+3 pattern) in Botany with minimum 02 years research / teaching experience.
Research Assistant (Chemistry)	Degree (10+2+3 pattern) in Chemistry with minimum 02 years research / teaching experience.
Research Assistant (Botany)	B.V.Sc/ B.Pharm/ M.Sc in pharmacology/ Drug Assay.
Staff Nurse	10th class pass. Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery Grade A. Minimum 01 year working experience in a recognized Hospital preferably in Siddha Hospital. (OR) Degree in Nursing course in Siddha.
Siddha Pharmacist	Matric with 12th Class or equivalent qualification with Science subjects. Diploma in Integrated Pharmacy of two years duration.
Lab Technician	+2 Science group with Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology. 02 years experience in a Laboratory.
Lab Attendant	Matric with 12th class or equivalent with science subject.
Therapist (Siddha)	12th Class or equivalent qualification with Science subject. Diploma in Nursingtherapy (in Indian system of Medicine) of minimum 02 years duration, with Siddha as one of the subjects.
Driver	Matric with 12th class or equivalent. Valid driving license for light and heavy vehicles. Experience for about 2 years in the line.

Selection Process: Written Test / Interview.
